10-Day Price Guarantee Policy

I. Policy Commitment and Scope

  1. At Ecomobl, we want you to purchase our electric skateboards with complete confidence. If the official selling price of the item you purchased drops within the guarantee period, we will refund the price difference in the form of a store credit coupon.

  2. The Price Guarantee Period is 10 calendar days, starting from the date the customer successfully completes the payment.

  3. This guarantee applies only to identical, brand-new products (same model and configuration) purchased directly from our official website.

II. Price Difference Calculation

  1.  The original purchase price refers to the actual amount paid by the customer, excluding:

     > Store credit coupons

     > Loyalty points deductions

     > Gift cards

     > Shipping fees

     > External promotions or discounts

  2. The comparison price must be the official promotional price publicly listed on our website during the guarantee period. The comparison does not include additional personal discounts such as membership pricing or individual promotional codes.
  3. If a valid price difference exists, the positive price difference will be converted into a store credit coupon and issued to the customer.

III. Application and Processing

  1. Customers must submit a Price Guarantee request within 10 days of their purchase by emailing our official support team at services@ecomobl.com.

  2. The request must be sent from the same email address used for the purchase and should clearly include the order number(s) for which the price protection claim is being made.

  3. Once a complete request is received, we will verify the claim and issue the store credit coupon within 2 business days.

  4. The approved coupon will be sent to the email address used for the request. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder.

IV. Store Credit Coupon Usage Rules

  1. The issued store credit coupon can be used as a direct payment discount for any future purchase on our official website.

  2. The coupon is single-use only and must be redeemed in one transaction. It cannot be split across multiple orders or partially redeemed.

  3. Once redeemed, the coupon will be considered fully used and cannot be reused.

  4. Store credit coupons cannot be converted into cash, refunded, or transferred to another account or email address.

V. Exclusions and Disclaimers

This policy does not apply to price differences caused by:

    • Limited-time flash sales, bundled promotions, or clearance/liquidation events

    • Discounts offered by unauthorized third-party sellers or retailers

    • Price reductions resulting from promotional codes, membership pricing, or loyalty points applied by the customer

    • Returned, exchanged, or refunded orders within the guarantee period
