Rigorous quality control system of Ecomobl Ripper Pro electric skateboards
In order to ensure that each Ecomobl skateboard has excellent quality and safety before being delivered to customers, our production team will perform a series of rigorous tests after each skateboard is produced. These tests are designed to ensure that the functions of the skateboard are normal and the performance is stable, thereby providing users with a safe and enjoyable riding experience.
1. Motherboard and controller signal connection test
We will use the handheld remote control to test the signal connection between the motherboard and the controller at close and long distances (maintaining a distance of 6-10 meters between the skateboard and the remote control). This step is to ensure that in actual use, users can accurately control the skateboard no matter where they are.
2. Tire installation and rotation test
We’ll check the tire’s fit to make sure it doesn’t wobble while driving. At the same time, we will test the rotation of the tire to prevent the phenomenon of one side rotating but the other side not moving. This test ensures the smoothness and comfort of the skateboard.
3. Motor abnormal noise detection
In order to ensure users’ riding safety, we will conduct comprehensive abnormal noise detection on the motor. If any abnormal noise is found in the motor during the test, we will repair or replace it immediately.
4. Battery charging performance test
When the battery is drained, we test whether it can continue to charge normally. This step is to ensure that the normal use of the skateboard will not be affected by battery charging problems during actual use.
5. Brake system test
Whether the braking system is normal or not is directly related to the user’s safety. Therefore, we will strictly test whether the mainboard brake system is normal and whether it can brake at once. This test is to ensure that users can stop quickly and safely in an emergency.
6. LED light test
In order to increase the viewing pleasure and safety of skateboards, we will conduct comprehensive tests on LED lights. This includes checking whether the lights can light up normally, whether the brightness is sufficient, whether the colors are bright, etc.
7. Overall test time
In order to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the test, we will reserve at least 5-6 hours of test time for each skateboard. During this period, our testers will conduct comprehensive tests on the skateboard to ensure that it meets our quality requirements in all aspects.
