Ecomoblboards are offroad boards and take quite a bit of vibration when usedin their natural environment. Check your bolts and screw regularly tosee if they are loose. It will save you headaches down the road. If youfollow up by being great owners, these boards would serve us for a longtime.

Quick PSA: Battery Care Guide
Allmodern electric skateboards run on lithium batteries. These typebatteries offer a significant amount of storage and discharge rate in avery small package. Good care is crucial to extending the battery’slife span and ensuring that it continues to perform. Keep in mind thisis not unique to Ecomobl’s boards but would apply to all consumerelectronics running on lithium batteries.
★ Do not completely discharge or overcharge
Over charging / discharging will cause permanent damage to your battery!
Eachbattery pack comes with a Battery Management System (BMS) that helpsavoid over charging / discharge. There are however scenarios that willstill cause an over charge / discharge to occur.
★ Over Charging – Asthe board operates on regenerative braking, avoid intense braking (suchas braking downhill) when the battery is fully charged. This can causethe BMS to temporarily shut off the board to prevent overcharge.
★ Over Discharge – Avoid running the board’s battery to empty. If you do,charge it back up to 70% as soon as possible. Never store a fulldischarged board for an extended period of time.
Avoid extreme temperatures
★ Batteries operate best between 50° to 95° F (10° to 35° C) ambient temperatures.
★ They should be stored between -4° to 113° F (-20° to 45° C).
Keep the battery at 70% charge for long term storage
Never store a board fully charged or fully discharged.
Abattery could fall into a deep discharge state when stored fullydischarged. This will render it incapable of holding a charge.
A battery stored fully charged will lose some capacity, leading to shorter battery life.

Ok. I looked and read reviews for about some months before buying this bike. I was pleasantly surprised on how well it worked on the road and light trail riding. Nothing crazy like jumps and hard core but it did perform awesome!! I believe you can’t beat it for the price.

I’ve been in the market for e-bike for awhile now, the really good ones always seemed out of my range. Yet after looking recently I found this inexpensive bike and decided to pull the trigger. And boy am I glad I did! It is easy to assemble, and very simple to operate. It holds me, a big boy at 282, and it still hits 25+ mph. Since I never do reviews unless I’m blow away, that should tell you how great this product is. On the fence, go on, pull the trigger!

This is a great entry bike for someone new who’s getting into e-bikes. This ECOMOBL bike zooms and get you where you want to go. It does the job. Easily assembled if you’re a little mechanical incline. The bike looks great! It doesn’t look cheap. I love the color combo, everything seems solid. Make sure to tighten all the bolts and fasteners down that came pre assembled out of the box. You never know what could come loose. the battery life depends on how you ride. I have tested all throttle and rode for 10miles on flat surfaces and moderate hills. Also,400 days warranty and outstanding customer service, You can’t beat that!!!

I'm a 50-year-old woman to incorporate some exercise into my routine. I took a chance and purchased an e-bike from this website, and it turned out to be a great decision! I live in a town with many hills, which made it difficult for me to use my regular bicycle. However, this e-bike has been a fantastic solution. I received it today, just three days after ordering it, which was impressive. Despite not knowing much about bicycles, let alone e-bikes, I decided to assemble it myself as a test. It took me about an hour, as I took my time, but someone more knowledgeable would likely be able to do it in 20 to 30 minutes. I used a combination of their instructional video and manual, and I had no issues. All the parts were included, and the tires were already suitable for riding. The battery seemed to have a good charge already as it reached a full mark quickly. To ease into using the e-bike, I went to a soccer field to practice. I figured if I fell, it wouldn't hurt as much. I absolutely loved zooming around and getting used to the pedal assist. It made me feel like a kid again! Once I felt comfortable, I decided to take on the hills in town. While the motor struggled a bit on the steepest hill, it performed well on the rest. The seat felt comfortable, but I plan to add my gel seat cushion on top of it for extra support. The handlebar grips are great and comfortable as well. Overall, it was a successful first day with the e-bike! I will provide an update if necessary. Many thanks to the creators of Hey Bike!
